Ballistic measurement, data analysis and interpretation:
INTERNAL BALLISTICS:
Measuring and analyzing internal ballistic events.
I was involved and associated with 4 major international powder/propellant manufacturers over 3 decades, with the development of powder/propellants for small to medium calibers. Served as the liaison between the clients and the chemists to provide accurate and relevant data and interpretational analysis to serve the final end user/client.
INTERMEDIATE BALLISTICS:
Involved with the study and development of products such as muzzle brakes, silencers and other muzzle devices. This involved the measurement and quantification of all intermediate parameters, such as flash, smoke, sound etc.
EXTERNAL BALLISTICS
Involved with several projects to measure and quantify the in-flight behaviour of projectiles and other KE devices and particles. (spalling/shrapnel)
TERMINAL BALLISTICS: --- (ARMOR TESTING)
Extensive experience in the testing of all KE Kinetic Energy events, for R&D as well as production Q&A purposes.
